90-Day Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging with all labels intact. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved and meets the return labeling criteria, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
We will not issue refunds if the original packaging is missing/items are missing/have been washed/damaged for reasons not attributable to the seller. Please note that we take photos and retain samples each time an item is shipped.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible is to return the item you have received and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
